Once you have purchased the iTel Mobile Dialer Retail, from iTunes, please go to 'settings' option available under menu of iTel Mobile Dialer. If you already have a softswitch, you can now configure the settings here. Please follow these simple steps to configure the settings to map the dialer on your softswitch.
- Switch IP- Please enter your SIP switch IP here.
- Switch Port- Please enter switch port.
- User Name- Username is the pin that you will use for calling through the dialer.
- Password- please enter the password for your pin (user name)
- Caller ID- please enter the phone number that you want to show as CLI (caller line identification)
- IVR- add your IVR here. Please note that IVR is a feature associated with softswitch. If your softswitch doesn't offer this feature then you'll not be able to listen to your account balance through IVR.
- Byte Saver- You must have Byte Saver 'on' if you want to make calls to VoIP blocked areas.
Once you have entered all the required information, please click on 'Save' button available on right top of the 'settings' section.
