What is operator code? |
Operator code is a code, assigned automatically to an operator or a service provider when he registers with iTel Mobile Dialer Express for his company. During registration, the service provider provides information like soft switch IP, port number, and IVR extension. This information is stored against the operator code so end users only need to input operator code instead of all technical information. |
My end users have set valid operator code, user name and password but mobile dialer asks for this information every time they start the program. |
- Please ask your clients to save the program in phone memory instead of storage card memory.
- If they have installed the program already in storage card, they need to remove the program. And Reinstall it in the phone memory.
